It was a full moon today…
with the brilliant and seductive moon,
The shining moonlit night became surreal one
The moon seemed to have come to meet
With a mermaid…

And a stupid boy also came,
In this enchanting night…
And waited beside the shore to meet her…
The mermaid…

He waited……waited
When his friends came to take him home
He refused to leave-such a moon…

But he waited for his mermaid…
It was such a beautiful night though.

Deep at night when;
The moon went behind the dark clouds,
He fell asleep on the sandy sea shore…
(Bechara ovimane klanto hoe ghumie poresilo... )

When at last,
The coy mermaid came and;
Find the boy; he was sleeping
Bending his hand under his head
…like a little kid

She wiped the dirt on his forehead and
Combed his disheveled hairs with
Her rosy beautiful fingers …









By that time, the orange omelet sun
Started to rise…
The mermaid left the boy giving a…
On his cheeks and dipped into the sea again...

The boy awake when sun stroked his eyes…
...he found a nice and known fragrance,
Around him and
…forgot his all oviman

'Beginning' of the Story

Hi dear, not sure whether you would find my story interesting. The heroine of the story has found it okay herself, I mean so so! But let me know what you think. Sorry I am talking too much...It starts here, SHE was working during her summer vacation at the resort. Her bluish eyes were conveying her shock to see me single there... In fact it is unusual for loners to come here, such a romantic escape. And I discovered later, how shocking it can be to cruise some waters lone! I could manage only a week's holiday from my mission in Africa this summer and decided to spend the time at this lovely North African coastal castle town on mediterranean sea. Third person's(robotic) hand in personal affair!

"You may now kick the bride!" Okhkhkhk! Ah! It was a software glitch! The robot priest was just behaving normal while consummating the wedding ceremony until it lost the 'S' suddenly. Anyway, two excited Japanese employees of a robot firm are taking blessings from a robotic hand. The spectacle evokes excitement and exotic emotion rather than anything else. And Human race have become so busy lately, you know! Beyond that, there are more to celebrate! It is probably the starting of the predicted 'new history of the human kind' that is supposed to be written by the later part of this century[hopefully by glitch-proof robots]. An techno apathetic may say pathetic belief in the positive(!) evolution of technology has probably made the prediction. Yes!
